Orders & Production
Yes, absolutely. You can order a pre-production sample from HexaGears to check the stitching, sublimation quality, fabric feel, and overall finish before committing to a bulk order. Samples typically take about a week to produce, with delivery in three to four days depending on your location.
Our standard minimum order is 40 pieces per design or set for sportswear and fashion items. For MMA, boxing, and HEXA Leather products, MOQs may vary depending on the item. You can also mix different sizes within the same order.
For orders between 80 and 500 pieces, production typically takes about two weeks, not including shipping. Orders between 500 and 1,000 pieces usually take around three weeks. More complex items, such as American football or baseball uniforms, may require an additional week. For orders above 1,000 pieces, please contact us for an accurate timeline.

Design & Customization
Yes, custom manufacturing is at the heart of what HexaGears does. Whether you need custom sportswear, fashion apparel, MMA gear, boxing equipment, or leather products, you can send us your design file, mockup, tech pack, or even a reference image, and we will produce the items to your exact specifications.
Not at all. You can share whatever you have, a design file, mockup, tech pack, or even a simple reference image, and our team will review it and produce the products according to your requirements. If you need help refining the concept, we can assist with that too.
Yes. HexaGears specializes in private label manufacturing. We can add your brand logos, custom woven or printed labels, hang tags, and personalized packaging exactly as you specify, helping you build a complete, professional brand identity.
We always work to match colors as closely as possible to your reference. There may occasionally be a very slight difference due to fabric type or printing process, but in most cases the variation is barely noticeable. For exact color matching, you can provide Pantone codes.
We primarily use CMYK for sublimation printing, which gives the most accurate, fabric-friendly results. RGB files are also accepted, though colors may shift slightly during conversion to CMYK. For best results, we recommend sending CMYK files where possible.
No. For all sublimated jerseys produced by HexaGears, player names, numbers, and sponsor logos are included at no additional cost. This is part of our standard sublimation service.
For the best print quality, we prefer vector files. Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and CDR. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI or higher) are also acceptable for raster artwork. If your file needs adjustment, our team can help prepare it for production.
Materials & Quality
We use premium polyester and polyester-spandex blends that are lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking, and ideal for sports, training, and performance wear. Multiple fabric weights and finishes are available depending on the intended use, whether that is jerseys, leggings, hoodies, or training kits.
For combat sports gear, we use professional-grade leather, PU leather, microfiber, and reinforced foam padding designed to withstand intensive training. Our HEXA Leather line uses premium full-grain and top-grain leather sourced from Sialkot’s renowned tanneries.
Every order at HexaGears passes through a multi-stage quality control process. We inspect raw fabrics on arrival, monitor cutting and printing accuracy, supervise stitching, and conduct a final finishing inspection before packing. This ensures every piece meets consistent, professional standards.
Shipping & Payment
We ship worldwide. Our regular delivery destinations include the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and many more. We use trusted international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.
We prefer bank wire transfers for international orders. You can also pay through Western Union, MoneyGram, or Xoom. Our standard terms are typically 50 percent advance to begin production, with the remaining 50 percent due before shipment. Flexible terms are available for repeat clients.
Yes, completely. HexaGears has been serving international clients for years, with tracked shipping on every order and secure payment methods. Many of our clients across the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia place repeat orders with us because we consistently deliver on time and to a high standard.
Yes. Every shipment leaves our facility with a tracking number from the courier we use. As soon as your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you so you can monitor delivery progress every step of the way.
