1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing the HexaGears website at hexagears.com, submitting a quote request, communicating with our team, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and existing clients of HexaGears, including individuals, brands, businesses, teams, and resellers.

2 Definitions

• HexaGears: The manufacturing business based in Sialkot, Pakistan, operating hexagears.com and producing custom sportswear, fashion apparel, MMA gear, boxing equipment, and leather products.
• Client: Any individual or business that requests a quote, places an order, or engages with our services.
• Order: A confirmed agreement between HexaGears and the Client to manufacture and deliver specified products, finalized after sample approval and advance payment.
• Sample: A pre-production prototype made before bulk manufacturing for Client approval.
• Design Files: Any artwork, mockups, tech packs, logos, or reference images provided by the Client.

3 Products & Services

HexaGears specializes in custom manufacturing across five core categories: Sports Wear, Fashion Wear, MMA Equipment, Boxing Equipment, and HEXA Leather products. All products are manufactured to order based on Client specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that involves prohibited materials, infringes on third-party intellectual property, promotes hateful or unlawful content, or that we believe is not feasible to produce to our quality standards. In such cases, we will notify the Client and refund any advance payment received.

4 Quotes & Orders

Quote Requests

Quotes are provided based on the design files, fabric selection, quantity, sizes, and shipping destination shared by the Client. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing may be revised based on material costs and currency fluctuations.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the Client has approved the final quote, approved the pre-production sample (where applicable), and made the agreed advance payment. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a confirmed order.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 40 pieces per design or set for sportswear and fashion items. MOQs for MMA, boxing, and leather products may vary depending on the item. Mixed sizes within the same design are accepted.

5 Samples & Approval

For most orders, a pre-production sample is recommended. Sample production typically takes about one week, with delivery in three to four business days depending on the destination. Sample costs are quoted separately and may or may not be deducted from the bulk order price, depending on the product type.

Bulk production begins only after written sample approval (via email or WhatsApp). Once approval is given, HexaGears is not responsible for issues that match the approved sample. Any changes requested after sample approval may incur additional costs and extend the production timeline.

6 Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any destination-country import fees, which are the Client’s responsibility.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a 50 percent advance to begin production, with the remaining 50 percent due before shipment. For larger or repeat clients, alternative payment terms may be arranged in writing.

• MoneyGram
• Xoom

All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the Client. Production will not begin until cleared funds are received.

7 Production & Lead Times

Estimated production timelines after sample approval and advance payment:

• 80 to 500 pieces: Approximately 2 weeks
• 500 to 1,000 pieces: Approximately 3 weeks
• Complex items (American football, baseball uniforms, etc.): Add 1 week
• Orders above 1,000 pieces: Quoted on a case-by-case basis

These timelines are estimates. HexaGears will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but production may be affected by factors outside our control including raw material delays, force majeure events, peak-season volume, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. We will notify the Client promptly of any anticipated delays.

8 Shipping & Delivery

HexaGears ships worldwide via trusted couriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TCS. Shipping costs are quoted separately and depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Once an order is dispatched, the Client receives a tracking number. Delivery times are estimated by the courier and are not guaranteed by HexaGears. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client once the package is handed over to the courier.

The Client is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. HexaGears is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of delivery by the recipient.

9 Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

The Client retains full ownership of all designs, logos, trademarks, brand names, and artwork submitted to HexaGears. By submitting these materials, the Client warrants that they hold the legal rights to use and reproduce them, and that production will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

HexaGears Rights

HexaGears retains the right to photograph finished products and use these images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (on our website, social media, and printed materials), unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before production begins.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold HexaGears harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from intellectual property disputes related to designs provided by the Client.

10 Cancellations & Refunds

Order cancellation policies depend on the stage of production:

• Before production begins: Cancellation is accepted, and the advance payment is refunded minus any costs already incurred (such as sample production, design preparation, or material procurement).
• After production has commenced: Cancellation is not permitted, and advance payments are non-refundable as raw materials and labor have been allocated.
• After completion: The full balance is due and the order must be paid in full before shipment.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@hexagears.com.

11 Returns & Defects

Because all products are custom-manufactured to Client specifications, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, sizing changes, or design preference changes after sample approval.

If you receive products with manufacturing defects (such as stitching errors, incorrect sizing against the approved tech pack, or printing flaws), please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs and a description of the issue. Upon verification, HexaGears will at our discretion:

• Replace the defective items in the next production batch
• Issue a credit toward a future order
• Provide a partial refund proportionate to the defect

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted. Minor variations in color, fabric texture, and finish that fall within standard manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

12 Warranties & Disclaimers

HexaGears warrants that all products will be manufactured with reasonable care, using materials that match the approved sample and specifications. Beyond this, all products are provided “as is” without any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as athletic performance, durability under extreme conditions, or lifespan beyond reasonable use). The Client is responsible for evaluating whether the manufactured product is suitable for its intended use before placing a bulk order.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexaGears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with our products, services, or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific order.

14 Confidentiality

HexaGears treats all design files, brand artwork, tech packs, and proprietary information shared by the Client as strictly confidential. We will not share this information with third parties except as required to fulfill the order (such as with internal production teams or specialized embroidery partners), or as required by law.

The Client agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared by HexaGears, including pricing structures, production processes, and trade techniques.

15 Website Use

You agree to use the HexaGears website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from the website without written permission
• Use the site to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the website using automated tools
• Impersonate HexaGears or misrepresent your affiliation with our business

All content on hexagears.com, including text, images, logos, product photography, and graphics, is the property of HexaGears and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed with HexaGears shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Sialkot, Pakistan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17 Changes to These Terms

HexaGears reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For active orders in progress, the Terms in effect at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
