HOW IT WORKS
From Concept to Launch in 6 Steps
Our streamlined OEM process is designed to take your brand from idea to inventory with full transparency at every stage.
Initial Consultation
Reach out via email or WhatsApp with your project idea. Share what you want to build, target market, expected quantities, and any reference products. Our team will respond within 24 hours with initial guidance and a request for more details.
Design & Specification
Send us your tech packs, mockups, or design files. If you do not have designs yet, we can help develop them. We will finalize fabric choices, color codes, sizing charts, branding placement, and packaging requirements before producing anything.
Quotation & Agreement
Receive a detailed quote covering unit pricing, sample costs, branding costs, packaging, and shipping. Once approved, we sign the agreement and you make the 50 percent advance to begin sample production.
Pre-Production Sample
We produce a physical sample within approximately one week and ship it to you for review. You inspect the stitching, fabric, colors, branding placement, and overall finish. Approve as is, or request adjustments until it is perfect.
Bulk Production & QC
After sample approval, bulk production begins. Our quality control team inspects materials, monitors stitching, verifies branding accuracy, and conducts a final inspection before packing. You receive progress updates throughout production.
Packaging & Worldwide Shipping
Products are packed according to your specifications, with your branded packaging, tags, and labels in place. Final balance payment is processed, and we ship via your preferred courier. Tracking is provided once the shipment leaves our facility.
