Every crew neck t-shirt is cut and stitched in-house using your choice of 100% combed cotton, cotton-poly blends, or performance fabrics, in weights ranging from lightweight 160 GSM to heavyweight 240 GSM for a boxier, streetwear fit. Our pattern team grades sizes from youth through to 5XL, and fits can be tailored to slim, regular, oversized or drop-shoulder silhouettes depending on your brand’s aesthetic.
Branding options include screen printing, DTG, sublimation, flat and puff embroidery, and woven or heat-pressed labels — all applied in-house so your artwork stays consistent from sample to bulk order. We offer Pantone colour matching, custom neck tape, side-seam or seamless construction, and retail-ready packaging including poly bags, hang tags and barcoded labels.
