HexaGears manufactures custom Henley t-shirts for fashion labels, outdoor apparel brands and premium basics companies looking for a more elevated alternative to the standard crew neck. The Henley’s signature button placket is constructed in-house, with placket length, button count and collar style built to your exact specification.
We work in combed cotton, cotton-linen blends, waffle-knit and heavier jersey fabrics depending on whether the finished product is intended for a lightweight summer piece or a heavier layering tee. Buttons, thread colour and placket stitching detail can all be matched to your brand’s design, and our finishing team reinforces the placket seam to prevent pulling or distortion during wear.
Fit customisation covers slim, regular and relaxed silhouettes, with sleeve length available in short, three-quarter and long options. Branding is applied through embroidery, screen printing or woven patches, and every order can include custom neck labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
As with our full t-shirt range, Henley production starts from a minimum order of 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every piece passes through four inspection stages before packing and shipment, and finished goods are delivered worldwide by air or sea.
