HexaGears manufactures custom Mandarin collar t-shirts for fashion labels building smart-casual and premium streetwear ranges. The short, stand-up collar requires more precise pattern construction than a standard tee, and our in-house pattern and stitching team builds each collar to hold its shape through wear and washing.
Fabric choices include combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier structured jersey suited to a more tailored finish. Collar height, stitching detail and closure style — whether a clean stand-up finish or a subtle button placket — are all built to your specification, with reinforced interlining available to keep the collar crisp.
Fit is customised to slim, regular or relaxed silhouettes, and we offer full colourway matching against your Pantone references. Branding is applied through embroidery, screen printing or subtle tonal detailing suited to this more premium product category, with woven labels and branded packaging included for a complete private label presentation.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, and every order includes a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage quality control process, and finished garments are shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
