HexaGears manufactures custom turtle neck t-shirts for fashion labels producing layering pieces and cold-weather basics. The fold-over ribbed collar is one of the more construction-intensive necklines we produce, and our pattern and stitching team builds it to your exact height and rib density specification.
We work in cotton-rib knits, cotton-modal blends and heavier jersey suited to layering under jackets or as a standalone winter piece. Collar height, fold depth and rib gauge are all customisable, and reinforced seaming at the collar join keeps the piece from losing shape after repeated wear.
Fit options include slim, regular and relaxed silhouettes, with sleeve length and body length specified to your tech pack. Branding is applied through embroidery, screen printing or discreet tonal detailing appropriate to this more premium, minimal product, and every order includes woven labels, care tags and custom packaging for full private label presentation.
Minimum order quantities begin at 40–50 units per style, with a physical sample produced for your approval before bulk production starts. All manufacturing takes place in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping included.
