HexaGears manufactures custom Y-neck t-shirts for fashion-forward and streetwear labels wanting a distinctive, deep split neckline beyond a standard V or scoop cut. The Y-shaped split extends further down the chest than a typical V-neck, and our pattern team builds the exact split length and width to your reference sample or tech pack.

We produce Y-neck tees in combed cotton, cotton-spandex and lightweight jersey fabrics, with reinforced binding along the full length of the split to prevent stretching, curling or fraying with repeated wear and washing — a detail our quality team checks specifically at final inspection. Fabric weight can be adjusted from a soft fashion drape to a heavier streetwear-grade cotton depending on your intended use.

Fit, sleeve length and body silhouette are all customised to your specification, with slim, regular and oversized options available. Branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.

Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk manufacturing begins. Every batch passes through four dedicated quality inspection stages, and finished goods ship worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
