Description
HexaGears manufactures custom rolled sleeve t-shirts for casualwear and fashion-forward labels wanting a folded cuff detail rather than a plain hemmed sleeve edge. The pre-set roll is constructed in-house with reinforced stitching to hold its shape wash after wash, rather than relying on the wearer to fold it manually.
We produce rolled sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier streetwear-grade jersey with enough body to hold the roll cleanly. Roll width, sleeve length and stitching detail are customised to your reference sample or tech pack.
Fit, body length and neckline are all specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
