Description
HexaGears manufactures custom notch neck t-shirts for streetwear and casual fashion brands looking for a subtle design detail beyond a plain round neck. The small centre-front notch or slit is reinforced during construction to prevent fraying or tearing with wear, a finishing detail our quality control team checks specifically before goods are packed.
We work with combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier streetwear-grade jersey, and the notch depth, width and binding style can all be customised to your reference sample or tech pack. Neckline and notch reinforcement is stitched in-house alongside the main body construction, keeping the detail durable through repeated washing.
Fit customisation includes slim, regular and oversized silhouettes, with sleeve length, hem style and overall drape specified by you. Branding is applied via screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care instructions and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a physical sample produced for approval before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and shipping to customers worldwide.
