HexaGears manufactures custom mock neck t-shirts for fashion and streetwear labels wanting a clean, modern alternative to a full collar or crew neckline. The mock neck’s short stand-up band is built with reinforced interlining to hold its shape without a full collar structure, giving a more minimal, elevated look.
Our production team works with combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier streetwear-grade jersey depending on your intended fit and drape. Neckband height and stitching detail are built to your reference sample, and we offer both close-fitting and slightly relaxed neckband finishes.
Fit customisation covers slim, regular and oversized silhouettes, with sleeve length and hem style specified by you rather than fixed to a standard pattern. Branding options include screen printing, embroidery, sublimation and heat-pressed logos, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging.
