HexaGears manufactures custom skinny fit t-shirts for fashion-forward labels wanting the closest-cut silhouette in our fit range, fitted through the body, shoulder and sleeve with minimal ease. Our pattern team builds this precise, close construction to your reference sample, using stretch fabrics to maintain comfort despite the tight cut.
We produce skinny fit tees in cotton-spandex blends and performance stretch jersey with enough elasticity to move with the body while holding a fitted shape. Reinforced seams throughout handle the closer construction without pulling or splitting under regular wear.
Fit, sleeve length and hem style are fully specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
