HexaGears manufactures custom athletic fit t-shirts for sports brands, training apparel labels and performance wear buyers wanting a cut built specifically around an athletic build — broader through the shoulders and chest, tapering to a fitted waist. Our pattern team grades this fit distinctly from a standard slim cut to properly accommodate athletic proportions.
We produce athletic fit tees in performance polyester, cotton-poly moisture-wicking blends and four-way stretch jersey, all suited to training, sport and active use. Flatlock or reinforced seams reduce chafing during movement, a detail we build in as standard for this product category.
Fit, sleeve length and hem finish are fully customisable to your specification, and branding is applied through sublimation, screen printing, DTG or embroidery — all finished to withstand repeated athletic wear and washing. Every order can include custom labels and retail-ready packaging.
