HexaGears manufactures custom bell sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels producing boho-inspired and statement pieces. The flared, bell-shaped sleeve widens from the elbow to the cuff, and our pattern team builds the exact flare width and length to your reference sample or tech pack.
We produce bell sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-modal blends and flowy lightweight jersey suited to the style’s dramatic drape. Hem finishing at the sleeve edge is reinforced to prevent fraying, and fabric weight can be adjusted for a softer or more structured flare.
Fit, body length and neckline are all specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or subtle tonal detailing appropriate to this more fashion-forward product. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
