HexaGears manufactures custom classic fit t-shirts for heritage brands, basics labels and retailers wanting a timeless, slightly relaxed cut rather than a modern slim silhouette. This fit favours comfort and durability, and is a frequent request from workwear and long-running retail programmes.
We produce classic fit tees in ring-spun combed cotton, cotton-polyester blends and tri-blends, in weights suited to everyday wear and repeated washing. Our pattern team can adjust the body width, shoulder drop and sleeve length slightly wider than a regular fit while keeping proportions balanced.
Full customisation is available on colour, fit and decoration. Choose from screen printing, sublimation, DTG or embroidery, and add your own woven neck labels, printed care labels and custom packaging for a complete private label product. Size grading covers US, UK and EU standards from youth sizes through to 5XL.
Orders start from a low minimum of 40–50 units per style, with a physical sample produced and shared for approval before bulk production begins. Every batch passes through fabric, cutting, stitching and final inspection stages before shipping worldwide.
