HexaGears manufactures custom flutter sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels producing soft, feminine-fit pieces. The layered, cascading flutter sleeve is cut from a flowy fabric and constructed with a gathered or circular hem, and our pattern team builds the exact flutter width and drape to your reference sample.
We produce flutter sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-modal blends, viscose-blend jersey and other lightweight, fluid fabrics suited to the style’s soft movement. Sleeve length, layering and hem finishing are all customised to your tech pack.
Fit, body length and neckline are specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, sublimation, embroidery or subtle tonal detailing appropriate to this delicate, fashion-forward category. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
