Description
HexaGears manufactures custom puff sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels producing statement, volume-driven pieces. The gathered puff sleeve requires precise pattern grading and elastic or shirring construction to hold its shape, and our in-house pattern and stitching team builds this to your reference sample across the full size range.
We produce puff sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-modal blends and lightweight jersey with enough body to hold volume cleanly at the shoulder. Gathering method — shirred elastic, pleated or smocked — and puff height are all customised to your specification.
Fit, body length and neckline are specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or subtle tonal detailing suited to this more premium, fashion-forward category. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage inspection process, with finished goods shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
