HexaGears manufactures custom raglan sleeve t-shirts for sportswear, streetwear and baseball-style apparel brands. The raglan’s signature diagonal seam, running from underarm to collar, is constructed in-house with precise pattern matching so contrast sleeve and body fabrics line up cleanly at the seam.
We produce raglan tees in combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and performance jersey, with full Pantone colour matching across separate body and sleeve fabrics for a consistent two-tone finish batch after batch. Sleeve length can be specified as short, three-quarter or long depending on your product line.
Fit, neckline and hem finish are all built to your reference sample, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk manufacturing begins. Every batch passes through four dedicated quality inspection stages before shipping worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
