HexaGears manufactures custom regular fit t-shirts for fashion labels, retailers and promotional brands wanting a balanced, true-to-size silhouette that suits the widest range of body types. As the default fit for most private label ranges, the regular fit tee is produced at scale at our Sialkot facility while holding tightly to your approved sample.
Our pattern team grades regular fit garments across a full size range, from youth through to 5XL, with a balanced chest, shoulder and body measurement that neither hugs nor drapes loosely. Fabric options include combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and performance jersey, in weights from 160 to 220 GSM.
Branding options include screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery and woven or heat-pressed labels, all applied in-house so artwork stays consistent from sample to bulk order. We offer Pantone colour matching, custom neck tape and retail-ready packaging including poly bags, hang tags and barcoded labels.
