HexaGears produces custom slim fit t-shirts for fashion labels and premium basics brands wanting a tailored, close-cut silhouette through the chest, waist and sleeve. Our pattern team builds the exact taper and body measurements to your reference sample, avoiding the boxiness of a regular or classic cut.
Fabric choices include combed cotton, cotton-modal, cotton-spandex blends and performance stretch jersey, all of which hold their shape through a close fit without restricting movement. Every slim fit garment is finished with reinforced side seams to handle the closer construction without pulling.
Customisation extends to sleeve length, hem style and colourway, all matched to Pantone references you supply. Branding can be applied through embroidery, screen printing, sublimation or heat transfer, with woven labels, hang tags and custom poly-bag packaging available for full private label presentation.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a sample approval stage built into every project before bulk cutting begins. All production takes place in our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with worldwide shipping included.
