HexaGears manufactures custom three-quarter sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels and lifestyle brands producing baseball-style and transitional-season pieces. The extended sleeve length sits between the elbow and wrist, and our pattern team builds the exact drop and cuff finish to your reference sample.
This style is frequently produced with a contrast sleeve colour or fabric — for example a coloured raglan sleeve against a solid body — and we offer full Pantone matching across both the body and sleeve fabric for a consistent two-tone finish. Fabric choices include combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and lightweight jersey.
Fit, body length and neckline are all specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
