Every U-neck tee is cut from your choice of combed cotton, cotton-poly or tri-blend fabric, with weights ranging from lightweight fashion jersey to heavier streetwear-grade cotton. Our pattern team can adjust the curve and depth of the U-shape precisely to your reference sample or tech pack, and neckline binding is reinforced to prevent loss of shape after washing.
Fit, sleeve length and hem finish are all fully customisable, and we offer slim, regular and oversized silhouettes graded across a full youth-to-5XL size range. Branding is applied via screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery, with woven labels, hang tags and custom poly-bag packaging available for a complete private label finish.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units, and every project includes a pre-production sample for approval before bulk manufacturing.
