HexaGears manufactures custom square neck t-shirts for fashion brands looking to offer a distinctive, structured neckline outside the standard round or V-neck range. The straight-line square cut requires precise pattern grading to sit correctly across different sizes, and our in-house pattern team builds each size specification individually rather than simply scaling a single template.
Fabric options include combed cotton, cotton-modal blends and structured jersey with enough body to hold the square shape cleanly at the shoulders and neckline. Reinforced binding along the straight edges prevents puckering or distortion, a detail our finishing team checks specifically during quality control.
Fit, sleeve style and body length are fully customisable to your reference sample or tech pack, and we offer slim, regular and relaxed silhouettes. Branding is applied through embroidery, screen printing, sublimation or heat transfer, with woven labels, printed care tags and custom retail packaging available for a complete private label product.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage inspection process, with finished goods shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
