HexaGears manufactures custom sleeveless t-shirts for activewear brands, gym apparel labels, streetwear companies and team merchandise buyers. As one of the most requested cuts for training and summer wear, the sleeveless tee is produced in bulk at our Sialkot facility while holding tight to your approved sample specification.
Every sleeveless t-shirt is cut and stitched in-house using combed cotton, cotton-poly blends or moisture-wicking performance fabrics, with armhole depth, drop and binding built to your exact reference. Our pattern team offers standard, racerback and extended drop-armhole cuts, graded from youth through to 5XL for both fashion and athletic fits.
Branding options include screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery and heat-pressed labels, all applied in-house so artwork stays consistent from sample to bulk order. We offer Pantone colour matching, reinforced armhole and neck binding, and retail-ready packaging including poly bags, hang tags and barcoded labels.
