Description

HexaGears manufactures custom boat neck t-shirts for fashion labels producing classic, elevated basics and resortwear collections. The wide, horizontal neckline sits close to the shoulders and requires accurate pattern grading to maintain its shape across a full size range, which our in-house pattern team builds individually per size.

We produce boat neck tees in combed cotton, cotton-linen blends and lightweight jersey suited to a soft drape, with reinforced shoulder-to-shoulder taping to prevent the wide neckline from stretching out of shape during wear or washing. Neckline width and shoulder positioning are customised to your reference sample.

Fit, sleeve length and body silhouette — fitted, relaxed or cropped — are all specified by you, and we offer full Pantone colour matching for consistent repeat production. Branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or subtle tonal detailing, with woven labels and custom packaging available for a complete private label finish.

Orders start from a minimum of 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk manufacturing. Every batch passes through four dedicated quality inspection stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot factory.
