GSM means grams per square metre. It helps describe weight but does not prove quality, thickness or opacity by itself.

Stretch level

The garment needs enough stretch for movement without losing its shape.

Colour and coverage

Check the actual colour and fabric under stretch. A sample in black does not establish the coverage of a lighter colour.

Yes. Send your tech pack, sketch or an existing sample you already sell, and our pattern-making team develops it into a production-ready garment, refining fit and construction until it matches your specification.

Yes. Every product can carry your own woven labels, hang tags, care labels and packaging, with our name never appearing on the finished garment. Startups and established brands both work with us on this basis.

We work with cotton, cotton-spandex, cotton-polyester blends, denim, fleece, French terry, wool blends and twill, among others. Fabric weight, weave and finish are selected based on the garment type and your intended market.

Pure cotton is soft, breathable and natural, but can shrink or wrinkle more than a blend. Cotton-polyester or cotton-spandex blends add durability, shape retention and sometimes stretch, while keeping much of cotton’s comfort. The right choice depends on the garment and how it will be worn.

Not necessarily. Thickness affects warmth and structure, but quality is really determined by fibre composition, stitching, colourfastness and how the fabric holds up after repeated washing and wear. A well-constructed lighter fabric can outperform a heavier one that loses shape or fades quickly.
