Shorts That Hold Up in the Third Round
Fight shorts fail in predictable places. The crotch seam splits on a high kick, the velcro loses grip after ten washes, the print cracks where the leg flexes. We build around those three failure points with gusseted panels, industrial hook and loop closures and sublimation dyed into the fabric rather than printed on top.
Whether you are launching a fight brand or supplying a gym with team shorts, we handle pattern development, sampling and bulk production in our own Sialkot factory, under your label alone.

MMA Board Shorts
The standard cage short. Split leg or side slit, industrial velcro fly with an internal drawcord, and a diamond gusset that takes a full head kick without tearing.
Muay Thai Shorts
Wide leg satin or microfibre shorts with the traditional high cut side, elastic waistband and embroidered or screen printed leg panels.
Vale Tudo Shorts
Compression fit shorts in poly spandex with flatlock seams and a wide waistband that stays put through takedowns and scrambles.
Hybrid Fight Shorts
A board short outer over a compression liner, giving grappling coverage and striking freedom in one piece. Popular for gym team kits.
Grappling Spats
Full length no gi spats in 220 GSM poly spandex, sublimated end to end with reinforced knee panels and a no roll waistband.
Women’s Fight Shorts
Graded on a separate women’s block with a higher rise and adjusted hip curve, not a men’s pattern scaled down.

These are the places a cheap fight short gives up. Every pair we produce is reinforced at all six before it leaves the floor.
Diamond Crotch Gusset
A four way stretch panel set into the crotch so a high kick loads the fabric, not the seam.
Industrial Hook and Loop
Heavy duty velcro rated for repeated wash cycles, backed with a bar tacked patch.
Internal Drawcord
Flat woven cord through an elasticated waist channel, so nothing digs in under a rash guard.
Bar Tacked Side Splits
The split hem is tacked top and bottom, the point where most shorts start to run.
Flatlock Leg Seams
Stitched flat so nothing rubs during ground work, and nothing catches on the mat.
Sublimated Colour
Dye enters the fibre before cutting, so graphics never crack, peel or add weight.
