Description
HexaGears manufactures custom boxy fit t-shirts for streetwear and contemporary fashion labels wanting a structured, square silhouette with minimal taper from shoulder to hem. Our pattern team builds this straighter body line to your reference sample, distinct from the more sloped, tapered cut of a regular or slim fit.
We produce boxy fit tees in combed cotton, cotton-fleece and heavier structured jersey with enough body to hold a clean, square shape. Shoulder width, body length and hem style are all customised to your tech pack, and cropped or standard-length options are both available.
Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage inspection process, with finished goods shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
