Description
HexaGears manufactures custom cropped t-shirts for fashion-forward labels and activewear brands wanting a shortened, above-the-waist body length. Our pattern team builds the exact crop length and hem finish to your reference sample, available in both boxy and fitted cropped silhouettes.
We produce cropped tees in combed cotton, cotton-modal blends, cotton-spandex and lightweight performance jersey depending on whether the product is intended for fashion or activewear use. Hem finishing — raw edge, ribbed or standard hemmed — is customised to your specification.
Fit, body width and sleeve style are all specified by you, and branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Every batch is inspected at four stages before packing and worldwide shipment from our Sialkot facility.
