Description
HexaGears manufactures custom cuffed sleeve t-shirts for sportswear and streetwear labels wanting a structured, ribbed sleeve finish rather than a plain hem. The ribbed cuff is knitted and attached in-house, with rib gauge and cuff width built to your exact specification.
We produce cuffed sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-rib blends and heavier jersey, and the cuff can be finished in a matching or contrast colour depending on your design. Reinforced seaming at the cuff join prevents pulling or distortion during wear and washing.
Fit, sleeve length and body silhouette are all customised to your reference sample, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage inspection process, with finished goods shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
