HexaGears manufactures custom drop shoulder t-shirts for streetwear and fashion labels building oversized, boxy-fit collections. The extended shoulder seam, sitting below the natural shoulder line, is a defining streetwear silhouette, and our pattern team builds the exact shoulder drop to your reference sample or tech pack.
We produce drop shoulder tees in heavyweight combed cotton, cotton-fleece and structured jersey suited to a boxy, oversized drape, typically in the 220–280 GSM range favoured by streetwear brands. Sleeve length, body width and hem finish are all specified by you rather than a fixed template.
Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation, puff embroidery or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping.
