HexaGears manufactures custom elbow sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels and lifestyle brands looking for a sleeve length between short and three-quarter, ideal for transitional-season collections. Our pattern team builds the exact sleeve drop and cuff finish to your reference sample or tech pack.
We produce elbow sleeve tees in combed cotton, cotton-modal blends and lightweight jersey, with reinforced hemming at the sleeve edge to hold shape through repeated wear and washing. Fit, body length and neckline are all specified by you, with slim, regular and relaxed silhouettes available.
Branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
