Description
HexaGears manufactures custom longline t-shirts for streetwear and contemporary fashion labels wanting an extended body length beyond a standard tee, often falling to mid-thigh or lower. Our pattern team builds the exact hem drop and body proportion to your reference sample, keeping the garment wearable rather than exaggerated.
We produce longline tees in combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier streetwear-grade jersey with enough weight to drape cleanly at the extended length. Side vents, curved hems and rounded or straight bottom finishes are all available as customisation options.
Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation, embroidery or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping.
