HexaGears manufactures custom loose fit t-shirts for streetwear and casual fashion labels wanting a generously cut, easy-drape silhouette. This fit sits between relaxed and fully oversized, with extra room through the chest, waist and sleeve while keeping proportions wearable rather than exaggerated.
We produce loose fit tees in combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and tri-blend fabrics in weights from lightweight to heavier streetwear-grade cotton. Body width, drop-shoulder allowance and sleeve length are all built to your reference sample or tech pack.
Branding options include screen printing, DTG, sublimation and embroidery, with woven labels, hang tags and custom poly-bag packaging available for a complete private label finish. Pantone colour matching keeps colourways consistent across repeat orders.
