Description
HexaGears manufactures custom split neck t-shirts for lifestyle and streetwear labels wanting a relaxed, casual neckline detail beyond a standard round or crew cut. The centre-front split is reinforced at the base to prevent tearing or fraying during wear, a construction detail specifically checked at our final quality inspection stage.
Fabric options include combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and washed or garment-dyed jersey, popular for this more casual, lived-in product category. Split length, width and neckline binding are all customised to your reference sample, and our pattern team can adjust the drop and drape to suit a relaxed or oversized fit.
Fit, sleeve length and hem finish are fully specified by you rather than selected from a fixed range, and we offer full colourway and Pantone matching for consistent production across repeat orders. Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery, with woven labels, printed care tags and custom packaging available for a complete private label product.
As with the rest of our t-shirt range, split neck production starts from a minimum order of 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk manufacturing begins. Every order passes through four quality control stages and ships worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
