Description
HexaGears manufactures custom oversized t-shirts for streetwear and fashion labels building boxy, statement-fit collections. The oversized cut requires deliberately wider body and sleeve measurements alongside a dropped shoulder seam, and our pattern team builds this exaggerated proportion to your exact reference sample.
We produce oversized tees in heavyweight combed cotton, cotton-fleece and structured jersey, typically in the 220–280 GSM range favoured by streetwear brands, giving the garment enough structure to hold its boxy shape. Body width, length and shoulder drop are all specified by you.
Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation, puff embroidery or heat transfer, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping.
