Description
HexaGears manufactures custom relaxed fit t-shirts for casualwear and lifestyle labels wanting a comfortable, roomier cut through the body and sleeve without moving into full oversized territory. Our pattern team builds a moderate increase in body width and a slightly dropped shoulder to your reference sample.
We produce relaxed fit tees in combed cotton, cotton-poly blends and heavier jersey, suited to a soft, easy drape. Fit, body length and sleeve style are all specified by you, and reinforced hemming keeps the garment holding its shape through repeated washing.
Branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery, and every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name. Pantone colour matching ensures consistency across repeat production runs.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping.
