HexaGears manufactures custom dolman sleeve t-shirts for fashion and lifestyle labels wanting a relaxed, batwing-style silhouette. The dolman’s wide armhole, tapering down to a narrower cuff, requires precise pattern grading to drape correctly, and our in-house pattern team builds this to your reference sample across the full size range.
Fabric options include combed cotton, cotton-modal blends and flowy lightweight jersey suited to the style’s soft drape. Underarm and side-seam reinforcement is standard, keeping the wider construction durable through regular wear and washing.
Fit, body length and neckline are all customised to your tech pack, and branding is applied through screen printing, embroidery, sublimation or heat transfer. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care tags and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a pre-production sample approved before bulk cutting begins. Production runs through our standard four-stage inspection process, with finished goods shipped worldwide from our Sialkot facility.
