Description
HexaGears manufactures custom long sleeve t-shirts for fashion labels, outdoor apparel brands and retailers building layering and colder-season ranges. Sleeve length, cuff style and body fit are built to your exact specification, and our pattern team offers ribbed, banded or hemmed cuff finishes.
Fabric options include combed cotton, cotton-poly blends, thermal and brushed fleece-back jersey for heavier winter pieces. Reinforced cuff and hem stitching keeps the garment holding its shape through repeated wear and washing, a detail we specifically check during final inspection.
Fit customisation covers slim, regular and oversized silhouettes, and branding is applied through screen printing, DTG, sublimation or embroidery. Every order can include custom woven labels, printed care instructions and retail-ready packaging under your own brand name.
Minimum order quantities start from 40–50 units per style, with a physical sample produced for approval before bulk cutting begins. Production takes place entirely in-house at our ISO 9001 certified Sialkot facility, with four-stage quality inspection and worldwide shipping.
